773.12 HEARING AID FITTERS AND DEALERS.

Effective July 1, 1989, the annual fee to carry on the business of hearing aid fitters and/or dealers shall be eight dollars ($8.00). When used in this section, "hearing aid fitters and dealers" means the same person or persons as defined in West Virginia Code 30-26-1.
