773.11 FUNERAL ESTABLISHMENTS.

Effective July 1, 1989, the annual fee to carry on the business of funeral establishment shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00). When used in this section, "funeral establishment" means the same establishment as defined in West Virginia Code 30-6-4.
