773.06 DENTAL CORPORATIONS.

Effective July 1, 1989, the annual fee to carry on the business of a dental corporation shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00). When used in this section, "dental corporation" means the same corporation as defined in West Virginia Code 30-4-4b.
