773.04 BARBERS' AND BEAUTICIANS' SCHOOL.

The annual fee to carry on the business of operating barbers' and/or beauticians' schools shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00). When used in this section, "barbers' and beauticians'" schools" means the same schools as defined in West Virginia Code 30-27-8.
