The annual license fee to carry on the business of an employment agent, to receive applications for employment or to hire or contract with persons for employment shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00), and that the annual license fee for an agency or registry for the employment of nurses, practical nurses or undergraduate nurses shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) . However, the provisions of this section shall not be applicable to any such agency or registry operated by a registered professional nurses association or any district subdivision thereof for the exclusive benefit of its registrants and not for profit.
When used in this section, "employment agent" means the same persons as defined in W. Va Code 21-2-4.
