713.06 RESTRICTED HOURS FOR CARNIVALS.

No person shall keep open or permit to be kept open any street carnival or other carnival for the purpose of presenting entertainment, exhibitions, etc., between the hours of 12:01 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of any weekday, or at any time on the first day of the week known as Sunday or the Sabbath day.
