No street carnival or other carnival shall exhibit elsewhere within the City any entertainment, performance or other exhibition, except as hereinafter set forth:
(b) Concession stands selling service, goods, wares or merchandise such as food, soft drinks, ice cream, candy floss and the like.
(c) Plays, lectures, museums, menageries or exhibitions of animals, panorama, sculpture, waxworks or other representations, tricks or legerdemain, gymnastics and motor dromes. (Ord. 17665 Passed 5-11-48)
