Members of the Police Department have the right to enter into and upon the premises or places wherein any business or activity is being conducted pursuant to a license therefor from the City, at reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting the business and determining its compliance with Chapter One of this Business and Taxation Code. However, this section shall not be construed as purporting to authorize an unreasonable search and seizure prohibited by Section 6, Article III of the Constitution of the State.
