Every person to whom a certificate of license is issued under the provisions of Chapter One of this Business and Taxation Code shall keep such certificate posted in a conspicuous position in the place where the privileges of such licenses are exercised.
Such certificate of license shall be produced for inspection whenever required by any police officer or other proper City official. (1947 Code §17.8)
