545.09 ALLOWING WATER TO RUN ON STREETS OR SIDEWALKS.

No person shall allow water from any premises owned or occupied by him to run into or upon any street, sidewalk or public place of the City in such quantities, or in such a manner, as to become a nuisance. (1947 Code §25.12)
