541.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this article, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

(b) Whoever violates Section 541.01 shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00).
