533.11 VANDALISM OF CITY PROPERTY.
   (a)   No person shall unlawfully, but not feloniously, injure, deface, destroy, burn, take, remove or relocate any property, real or personal, owned or under the control of the City, including but not limited to:
      (1)   Buildings, fences, trees, shrubbery, landscaping;
      (2)   Street lights, fire hydrants, pumps, fountains, inlets, manholes;
      (3)   Statues, monuments or plaques;
      (4)   Recreational equipment;
      (5)   Temporary traffic control devices;
      (6)   Fences, gates, concession areas.
   (b)   The Mayor may, with the advice of the City Attorney, grant a reward not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) for information leading to the arrest and conviction of persons under this section. (Ord. 0-749. Passed 7-26-94.)
