521.06 COMPLIANCE WITH RULES OF STATE ALCOHOL BEVERAGE CONTROL COMMISSIONER.

No person shall violate any order, rule or regulation of the West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Commissioner issued under the authority of W. Va. Code Chapter 60.
