   517.99 PENALTY.
   (a)    Whoever violates Section 517.01 shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
   (b)    Whoever violates Section 517.02(b) shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
   (c)    Whoever violates Section 517.02(f) shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
   (d)    Whoever violates Section 517.03(a) shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
   (e)    Whoever violates Section 517.03(b) shall, for a first offense, be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), and for a subsequent offense shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). (Ord. 0-584. Passed 1-9-90.)
