(a) Whoever violates any provision of this article, or who fails or refuses to comply with any notice issued by any officer or agent of the City with reference to the enforcement of the provisions of this article, for which no penalty is provided, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(b) Whoever violates Section 505.10 shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000). (WVaC 61-8-19)
