   371.06 PEDESTRIANS TO LOOK IN BOTH DIRECTIONS BEFORE CROSSING STREET.
   Pedestrians shall not start from the sidewalk in crossing a street without looking in both directions to see what is approaching. (1947 Code §19.92)
