352.01 PARKING FOR REGULARLY SCHEDULED WORSHIP SERVICES.
   The Chief of Police shall by general orders, provide for parking on both sides of any street, or alley, exclusive of driveways, intersections or fire hydrants, within 300 feet of any place of religious worship, for at least thirty minutes before the start of and at least one and one-half hours following the start of any regularly scheduled service of divine worship at such place, except:
   (a)    The parking may be restricted to only one side wherever the width of open street remaining for unobstructed travel is reduced below twelve feet for one way street, or eighteen feet for a two way street.
   (b)    On any highway which is designated by order of the Department of Highways as a state maintained highway, no such order shall abrogate any prohibitions required by the Department of Highways.
   (c)    Where expressly prohibited by uniform regulations approved by Council.
