Every person convicted of a violation of Section 351.04(a)(1), (stopping, standing or parking on a sidewalk or beyond a curb line of any street), shall be fined twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
For any other offense of this article for which no specific penalty is provided the penalty set forth in Section 303.99 for General Traffic Code shall apply.
