No person shall park or leave unattended any truck having a total outside width, including load thereon, of more than ninety-six inches or having a total height, including load thereon, of more than ninety-six inches on any street, sidewalk or public thoroughfare within the City for a period of time which exceeds two hours. Nor shall such vehicle be more than 300 inches in length.
No person shall park or leave unattended any trailer having a total outside width, including load thereon, of more than forty-eight inches or having a total height, including load thereon, of more than ninety-six inches on any street, sidewalk or public thoroughfare within the City for a period of time which exceeds two hours. Nor shall such vehicle be more than ninety-six inches in length.
