Upon those streets which have been signed or marked by the Chief of Police for angle parking, no person shall park or stand a vehicle other than at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway indicated by such signs or markings, nor shall such person park or stand a vehicle other than within the signs or markings.
Upon those streets which have been signed or marked for parallel parking, no person shall park or stand a vehicle other than within the signs or markings. (1947 Code §19.116)
