347.22 PERMITTING UNAUTHORIZED PERSON TO DRIVE.

No person shall authorize or knowingly permit a motor vehicle owned by him or under his control to be driven upon any street in the City by any person who is not licensed in accordance with West Virginia Code Chapter 17B, or by any person in violation of any of the provisions of such Chapter.
