   347.17 DRIVING ON STREETS CLOSED TO TRAFFIC.
   When authorized signs or markers are erected indicating that any street or part thereof is newly paved, repaired or closed to traffic, no person shall drive any vehicle over any such street until it is officially open to traffic. (1947 Code §19.22)
