345.99 PENALTY.

Penalties for violation of this article are provided in Section 303.99. A third or subsequent conviction for violation of this article within a twelve month period shall be subject to a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) and a revocation of such permit by the Chief of Police.
