345.03 STREETS NOT REQUIRING A PERMIT; DEVIATING ROUTES.
   No permit shall be required to operate a vehicle on any of the following streets:
   (a)   All state and federal highway routes;
   (b)   (EDITOR’S NOTE: Former subsection (b) was repealed by Ordinance 0-1057, passed January 28, 2003.);
   (c)   Broadway Avenue, from Pike Street to Camden Avenue;
   (d)   Avery Street, from 1st Street to 13th Street;
   (e)   Market Street, from 2nd Street to 13th Street;
   (f)   Second Street, from Juliana Street to the end at Green Street;
   (g)   (EDITOR’S NOTE: Former subsection (g) was repealed by Ordinance 0-1133, passed June 22, 2004.)
   (h)   Nineteenth Street, from the intersection of Park Avenue to the intersection of Garfield Avenue;
   (i)   Park Avenue, from the intersection of 7th Street to the intersection of 19th Street;
   (j)   St. Marys Avenue/Dudley Avenue, to the intersection between 13th Street and Emerson Avenue;
   (k)   Twenty-third Street, from the intersection of Dudley Avenue to the intersection of Fairview Avenue;
   (l)   (EDITOR’S NOTE: Former subsection (l) was repealed by Ordinance 0-840, passed January 28, 1997.)
   (m)   (EDITOR’S NOTE: Former subsection (m) was repealed by Ordinance 0-840, passed January 28, 1997.)
   (n)   Broad Street, from the intersection of Foley Avenue to the intersection of 36th Street;
   (o)   West Virginia Avenue, from the intersection of Murdoch Avenue to the intersection of Poplar Street;
   (p)   Poplar Street, from the intersection of 29th Street to the intersection of West Virginia Avenue;
   (q)   Twenty-ninth Street, from the intersection of Murdoch Avenue to the intersection of Poplar Street; and
   (r)   Walnut Street, from the intersection of 29th Street to the intersection of West Virginia Avenue.
   The operator of any truck which has obtained a local permit as provided in Section 345.05, who must proceed to a destination point in the City which is located on a street other than one specified in this section, shall deviate from the streets specified in this section only at the intersection with such streets nearest to the destination point. Upon leaving the destination point, such deviating truck shall return to a street specified in this section by the shortest available route.
