343.09 STOP LIGHTS.

No person shall sell any new motor vehicle, including any motorcycle, motor-driven cycle or moped, and no person shall drive such vehicle on the street unless it is equipped with a stop light meeting the requirements of Section 343.11. (WVaC 17C-15-7)
