The Traffic Control File shall be prepared by and maintained in the Police Department and shall include the following information:
(a) Type of traffic control designation;
(b) Complete description of the street or area affected;
(c) Number of ordinances or regulation authorizing designation;
(d) Effective date of ordinance or regulation;
(e) Date proper traffic control device was erected.
