303.02 OBEDIENCE TO POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENT OFFICIALS.

No person shall willfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of a police officer, Fire Department official or special officer invested by law with authority to direct, control or regulate traffic. (WVaC 17C-2-3(c))
