The Equipment Division shall provide uniform procedures for recording the use, mileage, driver and department for all City automobiles and such other records of repairs and maintenance necessary for the efficient maintenance of such vehicles and to comply with warranty requirements of automobile manufacturers.
Each vehicle shall be provided with a vehicle operator's log to be completed by the operator, which shall be the basis of billing the various departments using the vehicles.
