Operators of City-owned vehicles shall not exceed the posted speed limits or a safe driving speed for weather and road conditions. Defensive driving shall be practiced at all times. Operators of City-owned vehicles shall obey all Municipal and State ordinances and laws pertaining to the operation and parking of motor vehicles. A violation resulting in a citation or fine shall be the responsibility of the operator involved.
