171.03 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO SUPERVISE AND MAINTAIN CITY VEHICLES.

All automobiles and other vehicles purchased for the proper conduct of the business of the several departments, boards and commissions shall be maintained by and under the supervision of the Department of Public Works and shall be maintained and housed in a central garage and motor pool.
