170.04 REVENUE BONDS.

The Authority shall be bound by and subject to all the covenants, agreements and provisions of all ordinances authorizing the issuance of revenue bonds to finance the acquisition, construction or improvement of the convention center complex, and the provisions thereof shall be enforceable by the holders of the revenue bonds.
