   167.05 AUTHORITY IS PUBLIC CORPORATION.
   The Mid-Ohio Valley Transit Authority shall constitute a Public Corporation, and as such, shall have perpetual existence, in accordance with the Authority established by W. Va. Code 8-27- 4.
