165.03 MEETINGS; RULES OF PROCEDURE; RECORDS.

The Commission shall choose its own officers consisting of a chairman and a secretary and such other officers as the Commission may deem necessary. The Commission shall adopt rules for its own procedure and shall keep a record of its proceedings. A majority of the members shall be a quorum. (Ord. 0-889. Passed 8-11-98.)
