(a) The Agency may establish a hierarchical ranking of priorities for the use of real property conveyed by the Agency.
(b) The Agency shall consider ail duly adopted land use plans of the City of Parkersburg and make reasonable efforts to coordinate the disposition of Agency real property with the land use plans. (Ord. 0-1663. Passed 10-27-20.)
