141.15 COST OF LIVING.

There shall be granted to every retiree or beneficiary who retired or became a beneficiary of a retiree's pension before January 1, 1983, a ten percent (10%) increase in the monthly pension received on January 1, 1983. (Ord. 0-355. Passed 12-11-84.)
