141.01 PENSION FUND CREATED.

A pension fund for the civil service employees of the Department of Waterworks of the City is hereby revised, such revision being that of the established 1965 Waterworks Pension Fund of the City and by Section 54B of the former Charter of the City of Parkersburg. The pension fund shall be known as the “Waterworks Pension Fund”.
