139.07 FILING AND PRESERVATION OF OFFICIAL BONDS.

All official bonds shall be filed with and preserved in the office of the Director of the Department of Finance, except the bond of the Director of the Department of Finance, which shall be filed with and preserved by the Mayor. (1947 Code §2.79)
