131.04 INVENTORY OF STRUCTURES.

The Director of Finance shall cause to be made a complete inventory of all structures of any kind located within the City limits, which structures shall be identified by owners and tax map and parcel numbers. Such inventory shall be completed by June 30, 1984, and updated on an annual basis thereafter.
