   923.09 TEMPORARY SUPPLY; WATER SERVICE APPLICATION.
   Any persons requiring the use of water on a temporary basis must make written
application therefor on a form provided by the Board. All temporary service connections will be installed by the Board and charged to the customer at full cost of installation.
