923.08 WATER SERVICE APPLICATION.

The occupant, lessee or owner of any property desiring the Board to provide water to such property shall sign an application for utility services before water is provided at such property. The person signing the application shall be responsible for payment for water supplied to the property and water bills will be forwarded to this person.
