125.10 RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CITY EQUIPMENT.

Each member of the Fire Department shall be responsible for and shall give a receipt to the City for any equipment received by him from the City. Such equipment shall be and remain the property of the City. (1947 Code §11.17)
