1759.09 ENFORCEMENT.

In the event that any person holding a grading permit fails to comply with the requirements of the storm water management plan or implements site development in such manner as to adversely affect the health, welfare or safety of persons residing near or working on the site, the City may suspend or revoke the grading permit.
