There is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as if set out at length herein for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for electrical work done in the City, whether the installation is temporary or permanent and whether for wiring, apparatus, equipment or for making extensions or change to present wiring, or for light or power, and whether for premises, inside or outside or attached to buildings, that certain code known as the National Electrical Code, 2005, Tenth Edition, sponsored by the National Fire Protection Association.
