1701.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this Part Seventeen - Building Code or the State Building Code shall, if no other penalty or remedy is provided, be fined not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00.). (Ord. 0-1575. Passed 8-22-17.)
