   1511.02 DEFINITIONS.
   The following terms as used in the codes adopted herein shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them:
   (a)    "Municipality" means the City of Parkersburg.
    (b)    "Corporation counsel" means the City Attorney.
    (c)    "State Fire Marshal" means the Fire Chief.
