1505.17 ASSISTANCE OF CITY ATTORNEY TO INVESTIGATE FIRE OF SUSPICIOUS ORIGIN.

The City Attorney, upon request of the Bureau of Fire Prevention, shall assist the inspectors in the investigation of any fire which, in their opinion, is of suspicious origin.
