   1505.07 INSTRUCTIONS AND FORMS FOR REPORTS OF CHIEF INSPECTOR.
   The Chief of the Fire Department shall prepare instructions for the chief inspector and his assistants, and forms for their use in the reports required by Section 1505.09.
