1505.02 CHIEF INSPECTOR; APPOINTMENT; TERM.

The Chief of the Fire Department shall designate, subject to the approval of the Mayor, an officer or member of the Fire Department as chief inspector of the Bureau of Fire Prevention. The chief inspector shall hold office at the pleasure of the Mayor.
