   121.02 SUPERVISION OF TRAFFIC CONTROL.
   The Mayor shall have supervision over all traffic and all traffic or parking signs and devices, and, through the Police Department, shall have charge of the enforcement of all rules and regulations relating thereto. (1947 Code §2.14)
