121.01 DUTY TO SIGN CONTRACTS; SUPERVISE WORK ON STATEMENTS.

The Mayor shall sign all contracts on behalf of the City, and shall have supervision over the preparation and publication of all statements and reports required by law or ordinance or by resolution of Council. (1947 Code §2.11)
